Park Watervilla's Zuiderhoeve is situated in the picturesque village De Heen where the province of Brabant and Zeeland meet. The village is located directly by the open water of the south-western Delta area. The Krammer Volkerak can be reached through a branch of the Steenbergse Vliet. All water villas look out on the welcoming marina De Schapenput.

With its countless lakes and open waters, the Delta area is a wonderful area for a varied water sports holiday. The possibilities are endless for every boat type or level of experience. For example, you can take a boat trip on the sheltered waters of the Dintel or the Roosendaalse and Steenbergse Vliet, but you can also reach the North Sea as an experienced sailor via the Oosterschelde or the Haringvliet.

The environment of De Heen is also incredibly versatile on the mainland. The Brabantse Wal is a kind of Central Park between Rotterdam and Antwerp. An area where natural beauty, monuments and cultural events are intertwined.
